Irish Soda Bread

Number one rule other than measureing exact measurements, who uses forks and such to mix bread? GET DIRTY use your hands!!!!

4 cups All Purpose Flour

2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

1 tbsp. Baking powder

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Salt

6 tbsp. Butter or Margarine (COLD)

2 cups Buttermilk (sour milk) if you don't have sour milk look below the initial recipe for a instructions

In mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients. Cut in butter until nice and crumbly.

Add Buttermilk. I like to kneed the dough in the bowl, but if you want kneed it on a lightly flowered surface (make sure you flour your hands) Knead 8 or 10 times! make into snow ball sized balls and make an X cut on top f it. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hr or browned and inserted tooth pick comes out clean.

The dough will rise so make sure you have room between the loaves.

Extra instructions:
sour milk- cut lemon in half squeeze all the juice out into a measuring cup, and fill the rest up with milk. once your done stir mixture and let the milk to sit to thicken. you will visually be able to tell the difference.

Very Yucky Chicken

1cup tomato soup or ketchup if you r allergic to gluten

1 cup teriyaki Sauce (kikkoman)or again if you allergic to gluten you can us a gluten free soy sauce

1 tsp garlic

1 tsp ginger

1 tbls maple syrup (trust me it works)

MIX IT ALL TOGETHER

get a casserole dish or something to put the chicken in, spray the dish to make sure nothing sticks to it....put the chicken into the dish and poor the sauce over the chicken, turn the chicken over in the sauce so all sides are covered, put the chicken in the oven at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes, take out and turn over chicken in pan, put chicken back in for 10 minutes and repeat until the chicken is cooked.... The key is to turn the chicken over every 10 minutes it makes sure all sides are cooked in the sauce and you get the max flavor....

enjoy, this has been off the top of my head recipe by Jesse :-p
